Another interesting observation based on this outrage; One of this is true — I think that people understand ‘yes all men’ and still yell ‘not all men’ or…they are selectively dumb. Because they are saying ‘yes all dogs’ since one dog chased them when they were a kid.
I know you are working on stray dogs but in most times they just bite. You have vaccination also.
What about stray men India? How will you deal with them?
