Every note new and old has this promise (pt 7) but that doesn’t mean they will keep the promise. At government level promises are made to be broken.
It’s the same in vehicle manufacturers now, the label E5, E10 or E20 doesn’t mean anything. Once you buy you are responsible for it. The manufacturer or the Govt doesn’t care. They already got your money.
Also more service only means more money to the manufacturer and govt (GST). Why would they support consumers?
