If you no longer want to use #PayTM & want to #delete follow the instructions
Press 1 to Choose (English) 2 for Hindi
prompts you to set 4 digit password, (Set it or you can't delete account)
# to skip to menu
Press 3 to go to A/C related info
Press 6 to deactivate w/4 digit pin

I always used browser so no question of uninstalling App.
